Location: Remote, with travel to London a few times a year

Time zone: Preference for candidates based in (or willing to work within) Europe, the US Eastern Time, or similar time zones in Canada or Latin America

Who you are

• You have at least a few years of experience working closely with words: writing and editing short- and long-form content. Experience writing or editing content about financial markets/investing is a plus
• You've got excellent proofreading skills, plus flexibility and humility about the rules of language
• You’re willing to take on a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the news flow (there are a few later nights during earnings season)
• You're up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content SEO (direct experience is a plus)
• You’re versatile and open to taking on new tasks and challenges

What the job involves

• You’ll shape our analysts’ work into something entertaining, accessible, and pacey, and in doing so, help our readers engage with our growing library of analysis, news, and educational content
• You’ll work on large-scale projects with some of the world’s leading financial institutions
• You’ll bring the Finimize style to our analyst insights, educational guides, news, in-app copy, event marketing, partner ads, and plenty more besides
• You'll work with designers on images, and come up with strategies and copy to support each piece of content you work on across multiple distribution channels
• You'll tweak existing content strategies based on what’s working and what isn’t, and come up with new ways to engage, convert, and impress our members
