With a great internal influencer marketing team, you’ll be responsible for crafting a clear vision for collaborations, driving meaningful growth through creator-led initiatives, and leveraging data to optimize performance across key international markets.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

  • Campaign strategy and testing: Own the development of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies by guiding the team on various A/B tests, campaign objectives, budget allocation, and KPIs to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions across key markets.
  • Influencer identification: Oversee the identification and evaluation of influencers, creators, and industry voices, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audiences while mentoring the team on best-practice scouting methods.
  • Partnership & Relationship Management: Lead high-value creator relationships, negotiate partnerships, and ensure the team maintains strong, long-term collaborations with clear alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Creative Direction & Content Oversight: Provide strategic creative direction for influencer content, ensuring the team delivers clear briefs, timely product coordination, and consistently high-quality, brand-aligned output.
  • Cross-channel leverage: Work closely with performance, social, CRM, and brand teams to maximize the impact of influencer content across paid ads, organic channels, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Guide the team in analyzing campaign results, interpreting data, and identifying opportunities for optimization - ensuring ROI, efficiency, and KPI improvements across all influencer initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably within a DTC brand, with proven experience of leading the team.
  • You have a strong track record of designing and executing performance-driven, paid influencer strategy for campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • You naturally leverage data to guide strategies, identify opportunities, and measure impact. You thrive on turning complex data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable results, and find growth opportunities for the channel.
  • You love testing and experimentation, using A/B tests, new formats, and creative strategies to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
  • You are data-savvy and comfortable leveraging influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Aspire, Modash) to guide strategy and decision-making.
  • You combine creativity with analytical thinking, inspiring your team to optimize campaigns and maximize impact.
