farsiight is a growth-focused digital marketing agency working with ambitious B2B, SaaS, tech, and professional services brands. We help teams scale demand through smart digital strategy, paid media, content, and HubSpot.
We’re now investing seriously in our own marketing and are looking for a strategic B2B Content Strategist to help shape how farsiight shows up in the market.
This is not a write-to-a-brief role.
It’s for someone who understands B2B buying behaviour, can spot strong angles before they’re obvious, and enjoys turning insight into content that actually influences decision-makers.
You’ll work closely with farsiight’s directors and have real influence over our positioning, messaging, and narrative as we continue to evolve as a growth agency.
About the role
This is a part-time, ongoing role (10–20 hours per week to start), with the opportunity to grow into full-time.
You’ll be responsible for both content strategy and execution - helping define:
- what we should speak to
- why it matters commercially
- and how it shows up across blogs, LinkedIn, organic social, ads, and our website
You’ll collaborate directly with the directors, challenge safe thinking, and help ensure our content is opinionated, relevant, and grounded in real B2B growth challenges.
What you’ll be doingStrategy & direction
- Lead quarterly content planning sessions with farsiight’s Directors, sharing learnings, performance insights, and setting priorities
- Research and surface strong B2B content opportunities using sources like newsletters, Reddit, forums, AI tools, and industry communities
- Proactively challenge generic or “safe” content ideas and recommend more differentiated points of view
- Maintain a simple, clear content backlog and workflow
Creation & distribution
- Write high-quality B2B blog articles grounded in real customer pain points, objections, and growth challenges
- Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn document ads and other formats, working alongside design resources
- Contribute to organic social content, including company pages and employee-led LinkedIn thought leadership (including ghost-writing)
Performance & iteration
- Review content performance and use insights to inform future topics, angles, and formats
- Maintain consistent weekly output, clear communication, and reliable delivery as part of an ongoing workflow
What we’re looking forMust-haves
- Experience in the digital marketing or growth space
- Proven experience writing B2B content (agency, SaaS, tech, or professional services preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, decision-making dynamics, and commercial pain points
- Ability to think strategically about content angles and narratives, not just execute tasks
- Confidence collaborating with designers and project-managing deliverables
- Strong research skills and curiosity about what’s happening in B2B right now
- Experience creating or adapting content for LinkedIn and organic social
- Availability to commit 10–20 hours per week on an ongoing basis
Nice to have
- Familiarity with demand generation, paid media, or HubSpot-led ecosystems
