If you're someone who enjoys building trusted networks and turning them into warm opportunities, this role could be a great fit. Weâre looking for a part-time Partnerships Manager to help us expand and nurture our growing ecosystem of strategic referral partners.
Youâll be responsible for managing the entire partner journey from outreach through to enablement and ongoing engagement. Your goal? Generate qualified pipeline each month from partner-sourced leads.
What Weâre Looking For:
- At least 4 years experience in partnerships, business development or alliances, ideally within a marketing agency, SaaS, or eCommerce environment.
- A track record of building or contributing to successful referral or partner programs
- Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders like fractional CFOs, business coaches, agency founders and investors
- Proficiency with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication and organisation skills, with a results-oriented mindset
- Seeking a part-time (3 days/week) role with high ownership and accountability
Hereâs What Youâll Be Doing in the Partnerships Manager Role:
đ¤ Managing the Full Partner Lifecycle
- Identify, onboard and build strong relationships with new strategic partners
- Maintain and grow our existing partner base to keep the referral engine warm and productive
- Enable partners with resources, support and collaboration opportunities
đ Driving Pipeline Growth
- Deliver $10k+ in closed-won MRR each month through warm referrals
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure handovers are seamless and deals are well supported
- Track and report on partner performance while continuously improving outreach and engagement
đ ď¸ Building for Scale
- Set up and improve outreach cadences, onboarding workflows and enablement systems
- Use HubSpot to manage contacts, track deal flow and monitor performance
- Trial new tactics to grow and optimise the partner channel
đŹ Being the Internal Advocate for Partnerships
- Work directly with the Director to shape our partner strategy
- Share feedback and insights from the partner community back into the business
- Access support from the broader team to help execute initiatives when needed
