What you will do

As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own customer acquisition, conversion, and retention for the DACH market.

You will:

• Develop and execute multi-channel paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok)
• Own our paid search strategy for Germany, optimizing shopping feeds, keywords, and ad copy
• Launch and scale performance creatives: ad visuals, UGC, and video
• Manage monthly budgets and ROAS targets
• A/B test landing pages and funnel steps in collaboration with our CRO designer
• Build and optimize automated email flows (Klaviyo) and retargeting campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights to the leadership team
• Collaborate closely with the founder, creative team, and ecommerce operations to ensure supply readiness for promotions
• Identify new channels, tools, or growth hacks to stay ahead of the competition

What we are looking for

• 3+ years experience in performance marketing for an ecommerce DTC brand
• Proven success scaling paid media in the German market (DACH region)
• Fluent in German and English (Dutch is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance measurement
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM/email tools
• Skilled in creative briefing and testing high-converting ad assets
• A self-starter mindset — you love owning metrics and moving fast
• Analytical and ROI-focused — you thrive on understanding the numbers
• Experience marketing premium or lifestyle products is a plus
