New Business Development Manager – Remote | Growth Industry

We’re seeking a New Business Development Manager to partner with our fast-growing, global team in the personal development and digital marketing sector. The Role

You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach by identifying aligned individuals who are open to personal growth, new opportunities, and leadership development. ·       Build connections with professionals through digital platforms, outreach campaigns, and marketing funnels

·       Qualify prospects through meaningful conversations and discovery interviews

·       Track your activities and outcomes to continually improve and refine your approach

Who This Is For:

·       You have at least 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or professional client engagement

·       You’re comfortable initiating conversations and guiding people through a process

·       You enjoy autonomy and want the flexibility to create your own schedule

·       You’re confident using digital platforms (LinkedIn, CRM tools, social media)

·       You’re committed to your own personal growth and like being around others who are too
