We are working exlcusive with our client to find a Marketing Lead.
About:
Our client is on a mission to modernise workplace pensions and tackle the UK’s financial advice gap. Their B2B2C platform empowers SMEs (typically 50–300 employees) to offer smarter, more user-friendly pension and financial wellbeing services, particularly to employees often overlooked by traditional financial services.
Through a blend of intuitive digital tools and financial coaching, they help employees understand where their pensions are, what they’re worth, and how to take control, while making it effortless for employers to comply with regulations and unlock cost savings, such as salary sacrifice.
With substantial financial backing and a clearly defined product offering, they are now looking to bring in a Marketing Lead to support with new logo acquisition.

- Ticket price of £6 per user per month, so deals will typically range from £3.6k - £21.6k ARR.

- Backed by a large investment group who have seen the challenges of the financial advice gap firsthand and want to make a difference, they are very passionate about the company's mission!
- Strong focus on product development with consistent feature updates - advisor platform, modules and independent advice through a financial coach are all in the pipeline for example.
- The newest AE on the team booked 5 new business meetings last week, showing outbound lead generation strategies to be effective in this market.
- 2 x Account Executive joining the team as they look to push new business efforts.
- Working collaboratively with the current leadership team to create a sales system for success. Getting in at this level means lots of upward mobility based on merit.
- £70k - £80k base + 30% bonus, fully remote working, health and dental insurance, 30 days PTO + bank holidays, car salary sacrifice and other benefits to be discussed.
The Role:
- Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to increase visibility,drive inbound and support the Sales team with pipeline growth.
- Analysing product performance and customer data to refine the ICP and prioritise high-value segments within a large total addressable market (TAM).
- Create high-converting content: landing pages, case studies, blog posts, videos and social - to fuel campaigns and sales enablement.
- Build a consistent digital presence by owning brand messaging, shaping visual identity and keeping the website up to date.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to produce collateral, amplify success stories, tighten the feedback loop and highlight the great work the company is doing.
- Plan and run targeted campaigns across key verticals to support sales efforts, whilst measuring their success to use data for further refinement.
- Select and manage the most effective marketing channels - from organic and paid to events and partnerships.
- Identify resource gaps in the marketing function and play a lead role in building the future marketing team as the company scales.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in a marketing leadership role, with previous hands-on experience across key marketing functions. Management experience is a bonus.
- Background building the marketing function in an early-stage SaaS company, ideally bringing the ability to market with two consumers in mind.
- Proven generalist skill-set - with hands-on experience in content, demand gen and product marketing.
- You’ve led or contributed meaningfully to a startup growth journey, building marketing from the ground up.
- Confident analysing data to refine ICPs shape positioning and optimise campaign or content strategy.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to lead and deliver high-impact projects across teams.
- Comfortable with modern marketing stack: CRM (Pipedrive), CMS (Webflow), analytic tools and creative platforms (Figma, Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communicator - clear, compelling, and audience-aware.
