• Finding and negotiating with advertisers.
• Attending gambling/betting conferences.
• Managing client accounts.
• Handling financial reporting.
• Collaborating with our CPA buying department for campaign launches.
• Scaling clients and optimizing performance.
• Mentoring junior team members.
• Coordinating with the marketing team.
• Experience: At least 2 years in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or media buying.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the gambling/betting market, key players, and advertising specifics.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in finding and negotiating with advertisers, closing deals successfully.
• Client Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and manage their accounts effectively.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in financial reporting, KPI analysis, and campaign profitability assessment.
• CPA Model Expertise: Solid understanding of CPA arbitrage, campaign launches, and scaling strategies.
• Conference Participation: Willingness to represent the company at industry events and establish new connections.
• Optimization Skills: Strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics.
• Leadership Abilities: Experience in mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the marketing department and other internal teams.
• English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for communication with international partners and advertisers.
