Client Marketing Manager
EntryPoint is a digital marketing company that drives brand sales at the store level. Our AI-powered “check in” kiosks network, installed in nearly 2,000 grocery stores across the East Coast, including Food Lion, Winn-Dixie, Stop & Shop, and Price Chopper/Market 32, connects CPG brands with shoppers at the moment of purchase through digital advertised coupons, in-store media, brand messaging and personalized offers. We're growing fast, and our store network will continue to expand over the next 12–18 months.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who is equal parts analyst and storyteller — someone who can dig into grocery transaction data, find the insight that matters, and walk a CPG client through it with confidence. You'll work alongside our Sales team as a strategic partner, owning the analytical and presentation work that wins new business and deepens existing client relationships.
What You'll Do_Client & Sales Partnership_
- Function as the day-to-day marketing partner to assigned Sales VP, supporting account strategy, client prep, and in-meeting execution
- Participate and/or lead client conversations across the full program lifecycle — from initial pitch through interim results, final performance, and renewal
- Build and deliver compelling presentations to CPG brand teams that clearly communicate category dynamics, promotion strategy, and ROI
Analytics & Campaign Performance
- Analyze brand and category sales data using proprietary data profiling tools to identify promotion opportunities and competitive threats
- Translate campaign performance data into clear, actionable narratives — not just reporting, but recommending what to do next
- Monitor in-flight campaigns and flag adjustments needed to hit client objectives
- Develop post-program analyses that connect program activity to measurable sales outcomes and drive future planning
- Extract best practice learnings across campaigns to build repeatable stories on the value of data-driven promotion
Program & Content Development
- Design marketing campaigns grounded in market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape analysis — built to address CPG brand challenges and drive measurable growth
- Own the development of client materials and presentations used for customer meetings and program sell-in
- Maintain knowledge of the grocery retail environment through regular in-store and online visits
- Stay ahead of industry trends in shopper marketing, retail media, and CPG promotions — bring new ideas to the team proactively
What We're Looking For_Required_
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in CPG, retail/trade/shopper marketing, or a promotion or couponing agency
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with syndicated data tools (e.g. Circana/IRI, Nielsen, or SPINS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build a clear narrative from complex data
- Proven ability to build and deliver polished, persuasive presentations to external clients
- Experience supporting or partnering directly with a sales team in a client-facing capacity

Growth PathThis role has a development track into direct Sales or into Market Research / Category specialization, depending on where your strengths and interests take you.

- The annual salary range for this position is $55,000–$80,000, based on experience. We offer an excellent suite of employee benefits, including health insurance (including vision), disability, flexible spending, and 401k with Company match.
