The Role

We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to join us at the ground floor. You'll be working directly with the founder to build Sponsrr's presence from zero - owning everything from content and community to SEO and partnerships.

This isn't a corporate role. You'll have real ownership and direct impact on the product from day one.

What you'll work on:

• Building Sponsrr's presence from the ground up
• Content, social media, and community building
• SEO, partnerships, and early stage user acquisition
• Owning the narrative around a product that genuinely matters to millions of internationals

What we're looking for:

• Students, part time or full time candidates can apply
• Experience in growth, marketing, or content at an early stage startup
• Strong understanding of SEO and organic acquisition
• Someone who can tell a story and build an audience from scratch
• Self-starter who takes ownership and moves fast
• Familiarity with the UK visa or immigration space is a bonus but not required

What we offer:

• £38,000 - £40,000 (pro-rata) salary depending on number of hours worked
• Fully remote with optional hybrid working
