Boost Ecom Ads is on the hunt for a Creative Strategist who eats, sleeps, and breathes direct-response creative. Someone who gets a little too excited when they find a winning hook. Someone who sees a scroll-stopping ad and immediately reverse-engineers why it worked.

We help fast-growing DTC brands scale with high-performing Meta & TikTok creatives — and we need a creative brain who can turn data into ideas and ideas into revenue.

🔥 Your Day-to-Day (a.k.a. What Gets You Out of Bed)

- Build creative strategies that actually move the needle — not just look pretty

- Script, plan, and produce scroll-stopping creatives: UGC, hooks, motion graphics, product demos, static ads — the whole arsenal

- Obsess over the numbers — CTR, Hook Rate, CVR, Thumb Stop, CPA, MER/ROAS — and turn them into your next big creative move

- Write DTC ad copy and video scripts that make people stop, feel something, and click

- Brief UGC creators like a creative director — clear, detailed, no room for "meh" content

- Spy on competitors (legally 😉), spot trends early, and turn insights into unfair advantages

- Team up with Media Buyers, Account Managers, and Editors to ship creatives that hit hard and hit fast

- Jump on client calls with confidence — present your creative vision, back it with data, and own the room

- Juggle multiple brand projects without dropping the ball (or your coffee)

- Use psychology, storytelling, and behavioral triggers to make ads that persuade

✅ Requirements (The Non-Negotiables)

- Fluent English — written and spoken, no exceptions. This is a must.

- Proven experience with DTC copywriting for eCommerce brands

- A track record of building creative campaigns that drive measurable results — show us the numbers

- Strong analytical skills and genuine comfort working with performance data

- Excellent communication and presentation skills — you'll be client-facing

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects without missing a beat

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing principles

💰 Compensation:
