We’re looking for someone to sit between our clients and our team—not as a messenger, but as the owner of strategy, performance, and direction.
This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership position.
The Role
You’ll act as the strategic lead across a portfolio of ecom brands (£1m–£20m range), owning:
Growth strategy
Performance reporting
Client direction
Task prioritisation across our delivery team
You are the person who decides what we do next—and why.
Not the person who says “I’ll check with the team.”
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Strategy Ownership
Define and evolve monthly growth plans
Identify highest-impact opportunities across:
CRO
Paid media
CRM/lifecycle
UX & development
Turn strategy into clear, prioritised actions
2. Performance & Reporting
Lead weekly and monthly reporting
Translate data into decisions (not just dashboards)
Clearly communicate:
What’s working
What isn’t
What we’re doing next
3. Client Leadership
Run client calls with confidence and authority
Push back when needed
Build trust through clarity and results (not fluff)
4. Delivery Direction (Infinity & Beyond™)
Own the task queue across accounts
Prioritise work based on impact (not noise)
Keep delivery aligned with strategy at all times
What This Role Is NOT
Not a traditional account manager
Not a project manager
Not a middleman

This isn’t the role.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve likely been:
An ecommerce Manager in-house or
A strategist or senior AM at an agency (who actually did strategy)
Or someone who has owned revenue/growth targets directly
You should:
Understand core eCommerce levers (AOV, CVR, LTV, CAC)
Be comfortable across CRO, paid, and CRM (you don’t need to execute, but you must understand)
Be commercially sharp—not just “marketing-led”
Be decisive and comfortable making calls

💰 Role Details
Part-time: 2–3 days per week
Location: Remote (UK preferred)
Salary: £250–£350/day (depending on experience)
Progression: Potential to grow into full-time Head of Strategy / Client Growth
