Who We Are

At Joined Media Group (JMG), we create influencer marketing endorsement campaigns that put brands in front of highly targeted gaming audiences worldwide. Based in Berlin, our international team delivers impactful campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms for leading gaming brands.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Influencer Marketing Manager with a focus on the gaming industry in Poland. The ideal candidate will oversee influencer partnerships, strategize campaigns to achieve client goals, manage relationships with influencers and content creators, analyze marketing performance, and identify opportunities for growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring smooth execution of influencer marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with gaming influencers, agencies, and managers
  • Recruit creators for global marketing campaigns
  • Scout and onboard new talent to expand our influencer network
  • Negotiate partnership deals and secure competitive rates
  • Bring creative campaign ideas to the table
  • Track KPIs, campaign results, and prepare performance reports
  • Stay on top of gaming and influencer trends to identify new opportunities

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing within gaming, esports, or a related field
  • A deep understanding of gaming culture and current trends
  • Hands-on experience working with gaming creators, esports teams, or gaming brands
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • A proactive, independent mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Negotiation
  • Understanding of the gaming industry, social media trends, and content creator ecosystems
  • Skills in Data Analysis, Performance Reporting, and Results Optimization
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with both influencers and clients
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Native in Polish, fluent in English, additional language is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the gaming industry and a passion for video games is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
