About the Company

Community Boost is seeking a(n) Digital Marketing Specialist, Accelerator (Google Ad Grants & Meta Ads) or an Accelerator Success Coach (as we like to call it) to help our nonprofit Accelerator achieve greater impact. This role will focus on providing coaching, delivering engaging content, and fostering our community to help our nonprofit members excel in various marketing channels. This position is for you if you are a lifelong learner with a passion for nonprofit marketing.

About the Role

The Accelerator Success Coach will focus on providing coaching, delivering engaging content, and fostering our community to help our nonprofit members excel in various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Report to the Head of Emerging Client Success and directly support clients in the Community Boost Accelerator Program

Provide guidance to nonprofit members across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, Landing Pages, Analytics, and more

Build and maintain strong relationships with Accelerator members

Facilitate discussions and peer learning within an engaged community

Host weekly marketing office hours and respond to member questions

Conduct onboarding calls for new members

Partner with members to develop marketing strategies aligned to their goals

Deliver strategic feedback and a strong client experience

Qualifications

2–4 years experience with Google Ad Grant and/or Meta Ads

2–3 years general nonprofit marketing experience

1+ year client-facing experience (office hours, webinars, presentations, or account support)

Working knowledge of HubSpot

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Passion for teaching and coaching

Doer mentality with an execution-first mindset
