Role Description The Community Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for building, engaging, and supporting Electra Systems Group’s client and follower communities across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include moderating online discussions, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive, professional interactions on social media, forums, and other platforms. The role involves planning and executing community engagement initiatives, gathering feedback, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to communicate product updates and company news. The Community Manager will track community metrics, prepare reports on engagement and sentiment, and recommend improvements to community strategies. This position requires proactive communication, strong organization, and consistent alignment with the company’s brand and values.
Qualifications
- Community engagement and social media management skills, including experience moderating online communities and handling client or user interactions.
- Content creation and communication skills, such as writing clear posts, announcements, and responses tailored to different audiences.
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical and reporting skills to monitor community metrics, interpret feedback, and support data-informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks in a remote environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms commonly used in IT and professional services (e.g., collaboration tools, CRM or ticketing systems is a plus).
- Previous experience in community management, customer success, marketing, or a related field, preferably in technology or engineering services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
