Opportunity Summary

We’re a high-performing marketing team with big ambitions: creative storytellers, digital strategists, and brand builders who roll up our sleeves and deliver measurable impact. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who blends creativity with discipline and is energized by turning ideas into pipeline.

This role is built for someone who thrives in execution: launching campaigns, refining performance, and holding themselves accountable to results. You’ll have the opportunity to bring ideas to life, experiment with AI-powered workflows, and help scale programs that connect brand, demand, and revenue.

A core part of this role is serving as a bridge between marketing and sales execution. You’ll work closely with our AEs to operationalize intent data, improve targeting, and ensure our campaigns and tools translate into real, measurable pipeline activity.

If you love both the art and science of marketing, and you’re motivated by setting targets, tracking performance, and beating goals, this role offers meaningful ownership and visible impact.

What would you do?

Drive Campaigns that Perform

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns aligned to key solutions and audiences.
  • Build and optimize nurture programs that move prospects from interest to action.
  • Own campaign performance end-to-end, from goal-setting to reporting to optimization.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, execution, testing, and learning.
  • Analyze results and continuously refine messaging, targeting, and channels to improve conversion and ROI.

Enable Pipeline through Intent & Sales Alignment

  • Leverage tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify intent signals, buying triggers, and target account activity.
  • Produce weekly, AE-ready account and contact lists aligned to campaigns and ICP priorities.
  • Partner closely with AEs to activate and support outbound and follow-up cadences tied to intent and marketing programs.
  • Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of cadences and workflows, ensuring programs are clear, repeatable, and effective.
  • Track engagement and outcomes, creating feedback loops that improve future targeting and execution.

Support Scalable Growth Across Partners

  • Collaborate with partner and alliance stakeholders to support joint go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and events, ensuring timely follow-up, clear ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage co-branded assets that clearly articulate the partnership story and support partner-led selling by maintaining up-to-date messaging, decks, and supporting materials.
  • Track partner-sourced engagement and pipeline contribution, helping identify what’s working and where to double down.

What are we looking for?

  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or tech preferred).
  • A results-oriented mindset; comfortable setting goals, tracking performance, and being accountable to outcomes.
  • Strong analytical instincts; you know how to interpret data and adjust course.
  • Comfort working closely with sales teams and understanding how pipeline is created.
  • Experience or familiarity with intent data, ABM, or sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, 6sense, Demandbase, etc.).
  • A proactive, resourceful, and “let’s try it” attitude with strong follow-through.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to improve marketing efficiency, creativity, and execution.
  • Strong writing, organization, and follow-through.
  • A proactive, resourceful attitude; you see gaps, propose solutions, and make progress.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Account Engagement, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Bonus: experience with partner marketing, field programs, or campaign performance reporting.

Why You’ll Love It Here

You’ll join a small, collaborative team where marketing has a direct line to growth. Your work won’t disappear in a backlog; it will show up in campaigns launched, meetings booked, pipeline created, and deals closed.

If you’re excited by the challenge of building, testing, and refining programs that drive real results, and you want a role where effort and impact are clearly connected, this is a chance to do some of the most meaningful work of your career.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

Experience in tech or SaaS, preferred.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
