The role
Your mission is simple: increase the 60-day retention rate of new customers.
This is a focused project. Every week, you'll report back on what you're doing to increase the 60-day retention rate of new customers. This is all we'll ever talk about until this project is completed.
What you'll do
- Conduct an audit on current set-up
- Create a rough plan of action: How will we measure success? How will we ensure we're not simply pulling forward future revenue while giving away margins? How will we find out if your new flow performs better than existing?
- Design a rough draft of the 7-, 30- and 60-day flows
- Write out all emails and create clear briefings where design is necessary
- Roll this out in Klaviyo across all markets (multiple markets with multiple languages)
--> You'll be supported by an email marketer who can help execute (~8-12 hours per week) and in-house country marketers for fine-tuning translations etc.
Once this project is a success, we’d love to discuss a long-term collaboration to continue building the DogSuppy retention engine.
About
- You have experience running retention at a supplements or beauty brand.
- You can both create strategy and execute hands-on in Klaviyo.
- Analytical + strong copywriting skills
- Available 2-3 days per week
- You're super agentic. You own projects from A to Z. You’re a problem-solver who figures things out as you go.
