Role Type: Full-timeEngagement: Independent ContractorJob Summary We are hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound outreach. In this fully remote SDR role, you'll be responsible for engaging B2B prospects, generating new business opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings for clients across multiple industries. You'll be on the front lines of sales making calls, running outbound campaigns, and building relationships that turn prospects into real revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with strong cold-calling experience, excellent English communication skills, and confidence engaging US and European markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound cold calls to prospects in various industries
  • Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to engage leads
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book appointments for Account Executives
  • Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies
  • Meet daily/weekly activity targets including call volume, conversions, and meetings booked
  • Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and outbound cold calling
  • A stable internet connection and professional home setup
  • Comfortable making 100+ calls daily
  • Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills in English
  • Results-driven, coachable, and highly organized
  • Experience with tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation
