Position: Creative Writer

Compensation: $30–$60/hour

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create original narratives, scripts, and creative content across multiple genres and platforms.
• Develop structured rubrics to evaluate storytelling elements such as narrative structure, voice, and character development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate storytelling best practices into AI training frameworks.
• Train and evaluate AI-generated creative content to ensure emotional depth, clarity, and narrative quality.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to improve content quality and model outputs.
• Research trends in literature, storytelling, and creative media to inform rubric development and evaluation strategies.
• Contribute to a culture of creative excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Strong mastery of narrative structure with the ability to build compelling stories from concept to completion.
• Excellent voice and stylistic control across different tones, genres, and audiences.
• Advanced character development skills demonstrating emotional intelligence and authenticity.
• Ability to craft vivid imagery and sensory-rich storytelling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience designing frameworks or rubrics for evaluating creative writing.
• Comfortable working with digital collaboration tools in a remote environment.
