Role Description

We are seeking a Social Content Strategist to lead social content strategy for beverage brands working with DigiMade Studios.

This is a client-facing, strategy-led role focused on helping emerging beverage brands translate their positioning, packaging, and product into high-performing content systems. You will work directly with founders and the DigiMade team to develop content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

This role goes beyond traditional social media management. The focus is not simply planning posts, but building content that is designed to perform, combining brand storytelling, UGC-style content, and paid social thinking to support real business outcomes. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution, including planning, building, and publishing content across brand channels. This is a hands-on role where you will actively plan, build, and publish content, not just develop strategy.

You will help guide how brands show up online, from launch content to ongoing growth, ensuring their content feels native, compelling, and aligned with how modern consumer brands scale.

In addition to client work, you will support DigiMade’s internal content presence by helping translate agency projects and insights into strategic content, though client work will be the primary focus.

This role operates with a high level of autonomy and will evolve alongside the growth of the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead social content strategy for beverage brands working with DigiMade, from early-stage launches to growth phases
  • Work directly with founders to translate brand positioning, packaging, and product into clear content direction
  • Develop content systems that integrate organic social, UGC-style content, and performance-driven formats
  • Plan, manage, and execute monthly content calendars, including scheduling and publishing content
  • Create strategic content direction including hooks, themes, and repeatable content formats
  • Brief and collaborate with designers to produce content that aligns with both brand identity and platform performance
  • Guide brands on how to create content that feels native to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
  • Support the development of UGC-style and creator-driven content approaches
  • Contribute to or guide paid social creative direction (Meta), ensuring content is built with performance in mind
  • Identify opportunities to improve content performance based on engagement trends and platform behavior
  • Help shape launch content strategies for new beverage products entering the market
  • Maintain a strong understanding of beverage, CPG, and consumer brand trends
  • Write and finalize post-ready content (captions, hooks, structure) for brand channels
  • Support DigiMade’s social content by turning client work and insights into strategic posts and thought leadership content

Requirements

  • Experience developing content strategies for consumer brands, agencies, or CPG companies
  • Strong ability to translate brand strategy and creative work into engaging, platform-native content
  • Understanding of UGC content, short-form video, and creator-style formats
  • Familiarity with paid social (Meta ads) and how content impacts performance
  • Ability to think in terms of hooks, retention, and conversion, not just aesthetics
  • Experience working with or alongside designers to develop visual content
  • Strong copywriting skills for captions, messaging, and content storytelling
  • Ability to communicate clearly with founders and clients in a strategic capacity
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands/projects
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and taking ownership of strategy
  • Comfortable owning both content strategy and day-to-day execution (planning, writing, and posting)
  • Based in the United States

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with beverage brands or CPG startups
  • Experience supporting product launches or early-stage brand growth
  • Experience developing or directing UGC or creator partnerships
  • Exposure to paid social testing frameworks or ad creative iteration
  • Familiarity with creative workflows (branding, packaging, agency environments)
  • Experience with tools like Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Notion, or Asana
