CRM Coordinator

We’re hiring CRM Coordinators to support customer engagement for a globally recognized entertainment and streaming leader, operating at massive scale across markets, languages, and audiences. Required Qualifications 🧩

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, or similar)
• Comfortable working with HTML and Liquid logic
• Experience managing multi-region and multi-language CRM programs
• Familiarity with localization workflows and creative asset management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday, Airtable)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment ⚡

Key Responsibilities🚀

• Execute 2–3 email campaigns per week across multiple regions
• Manage approximately 20 push notifications per month
• Launch and maintain 3–4 in-app campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, send times, content)
• Own in-app banner workflows, execution, and reporting
• Log, track, and escalate issues across CRM platforms
• Organize campaign assets, naming conventions, and calendars
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and internal processes
• Provide coverage during manager or senior team member absences
• Support campaign wrap-ups and summary reporting
