The Role
As Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll own the full marketing function - leading brand, product, and performance strategies, while also doubling your team within the first 12 months. Reporting directly to the CEO and co-founder, you'll shape positioning, elevate awareness, and fuel aggressive ARR growth through demand gen, field marketing, content, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the marketing team
- Develop and execute an integrated strategy across performance, brand, product, and field marketing
- Own demand generation, growth targets, and marketing ROI across global regions
- Drive product and brand positioning to differentiate in a crowded market
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to align go-to-market motions
- Create scalable programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and evangelism
What Does Success Look Like? Triple-digit ARR growth, brand presence on par with the best in SaaS security, and a marketing team known for speed, results, and quality execution.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3x growth experience in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment
- CYBER SECURITY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
- Start-up experience (Seed-Series C)
- Proven success building and scaling high-performing marketing teams (min. 5–10+ people)
- A strong track record across brand, demand gen, product marketing, and GTM execution
- Experience working closely with Sales, Founders, and the Board
- Comfortable in early-stage companies and someone who wants to remain hands-on
- Fluency in modern MarTech stacks and growth marketing metrics
- Strong ability to position complex technology simply and clearly
