One of our companies is currently looking for a Head of Growth Marketing in Germany. In this strategic leadership role, you'll take ownership of driving demand generation, digital marketing, and partner marketing initiatives to accelerate company growth. You will lead a talented team while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing colleagues to develop and execute impactful campaigns that feed the revenue pipeline. With a strong data-driven mindset, you'll provide actionable insights that influence go-to-market strategies and steer performance across channels. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position ideal for a proactive leader ready to shape growth and lead through innovation. The role is offered as a parental leave cover and is open to applicants across Europe, including full-remote setups. Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy combining content creation, digital marketing, events, and targeted campaigns
- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights to senior leadership that influence strategic planning and business growth
- Foster a data-first culture within the marketing and partner teams, ensuring decisions are guided by performance analytics
- Oversee and mentor a high-performing team, championing innovation and adaptability in a dynamic digital landscape
- Align marketing efforts with business goals through close collaboration with Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience leading growth-focused, performance-driven marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B tech or software environment
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams for at least 5 years
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a results-oriented, data-driven approach
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment with a structured and detail-oriented work style
- Fluent in both German and English (additional languages such as Dutch or Italian are a plus)
