• Salary: £100,000–£120,000 plus bonus

The Marketing Director will join the Executive Committee and play a crucial role in shaping the brand's future success across UK and US markets. The Marketing Director will lead a passionate marketing team and develop high-impact strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and global positioning.

The Marketing Director will:

• Define and execute integrated marketing strategies across the UK and US markets to drive acquisition and nurture growth.
• Lead and develop a global marketing team of senior specialists, fostering brand excellence and innovation.
• Oversee brand, content, PR, and event strategies to elevate the organisation’s reputation and presence.
• Manage and optimise multi-channel paid, earned, and owned media campaigns using a data-driven approach.
• Lead the marketing technology roadmap, including CRM and Salesforce alignment, enhancing lead management and client journey optimisation.

The role requires:

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with expertise leading marketing teams in high-growth SME/scale-up environments.
• Experience building brands in professional services, ideally Management Consultancy
• Mastery across growth marketing channels: paid media, SEO, CRM, Martech, and AI-driven campaigns.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
• Effective budget management and optimisation skills to drive marketing ROI.
