SEO Specialist (Spanish-Language Markets)

We are hiring a full-time SEO Specialist to own our Spanish-language search presence. This role is hybrid or remote. You will report directly to the firm's Marketing Director and will carry significant responsibility from day one, with real room for growth as the firm continues to expand.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States. The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist will be responsible for executing SEO strategies to enhance the firm's online presence and organic search rankings with our English and Spanish speaking prospects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis with a native Spanish-language focus, understanding how our clients actually search
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking across English and Spanish pages
• Develop and execute link-building strategies targeting Spanish-language legal and community publishers
• Perform technical SEO audits, monitor site health, and implement fixes to ensure the site is crawlable, fast, and error-free
• Implement and maintain schema markup to improve search visibility and rich results
• Create and optimize original Spanish-language content written from within the culture
• Write and optimize English SEO content with the same standard of quality as your Spanish-language work
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics across both language tracks
• Stay current on algorithm changes, technical SEO best practices, and Spanish-language SEO trends
• Support local SEO strategies for location-based search in Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications

• Native or near-native Spanish fluency with publication-quality written Spanish
• Strong written English fluency you will be writing and optimizing English SEO content as well
• 2 to 4 years of SEO experience, agency or in-house
• Demonstrated experience with bilingual or Spanish-language SEO content
• Solid understanding of technical SEO including site audits, crawl issues, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
• Experience writing SEO content for immigration or personal injury law firms
• Bonus: understanding of the U.S. Latino immigrant experience
