The Role
We are looking for a Programmatic & Social Specialist to join the ADMATIC team. This is a fully executional, hands-on role running paid social and programmatic campaigns across our client portfolio. We are hiring for a full-time position but welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time arrangements.
This is a 100% remote role, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
You will work across clients owning the day-to-day setup, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns for social and programmatic. You are not the primary client lead, but you are the execution engine behind campaign performance.
Core Channels & Platforms
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, audience strategy, creative testing, conversion optimisation, and retargeting is essential.
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager: Strong working knowledge of B2B targeting, lead gen forms, matched audiences, and sponsored content.
- Programmatic DSPs: AdForm and DV360 as our primary platform. Equivalent experience in a comparable DSP (The Trade Desk or similar) is acceptable. You must be comfortable navigating deal IDs, audience segments, brand safety levers, and pacing controls.
- Other Social Platforms: Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube or Reddit Ads or other social platforms is a plus, not a requirement.
- Campaign Manager 360: Our clients utilise CM360 as a source of truth for reporting and measurement, therefore some experience on trafficking from the platform is idealKey Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid social campaign setup across Meta and LinkedIn including naming conventions, tracking, pixel verification, and QA
- Own end-to-end programmatic campaigns through Adform or DV360, managing targeting, pacing, deal IDs, and brand safety settings
- Campaign implementation through incorporation of tags from CM360
- Optimise campaigns continuously across bidding strategy, audience segmentation, creative rotation, budget pacing, and frequency controls to deliver against client KPIs
- Build and maintain performance dashboards that track campaign delivery across the full funnel, from awareness through to conversion
- Troubleshoot platform issues and performance anomalies, escalating to Client lead, vendors or platform reps where required
- Deliver clear campaign reports with data-led commentary and forward-looking recommendations
- Support tactical planning inputs including audience sizing, channel phasing
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in paid social and programmatic campaign management, ideally within an agency environment
- Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager including pixel setup, custom audiences, campaign objectives, and creative testing
- Solid LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience across lead gen and brand objectives
- Experience with adservers like CM360
- Strong understanding of full funnel campaign strategy: how awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns work together and how to structure, optimise, and report across each stage
- Programmatic fundamentals: you understand DSP mechanics, targeting layers, and measurement principles
- Experience with AdForm or DV360 or comparable DSPs such as The Trade Desk etc.
- Experience building reporting dashboards and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations (Knowledge of funnel.io a plus)
- High attention to detail and QA discipline across campaign builds
- Self-directed and organised: comfortable managing work across multiple clients without close supervision
