Hello! We are Bright Mobile Apps, a team that builds top-tier language learning applications. Our products have been used for over 8 years across Latin America, the United States, Europe, and China. Overall, we operate in more than 60 countries, with over 40 million registrations and millions of active paying users.

We are fully independent from external investments and have long been self-sustaining. We are not a startup. All our applications grow through experience, analytics, and a data-driven approach. We are flexible and free from bureaucracy, which allows us to quickly test new features, launch products, and enter new markets.

We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who will help us turn data into marketing decisions, better understand user behavior, and identify growth opportunities. We are not just looking for employees, but for people we want to work alongside, grow with, and achieve goals together.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and development of BI systems (data collection and processing, dashboards, visualization)
  • Development and quality control of integrations with external platforms
  • Conducting ad-hoc and proactive research based on business needs
  • Supporting the marketing team in improving acquisition efficiency and making data-driven decisions
  • Working with data across all platforms: iOS, Android, Web
  • Analysis and optimization of user acquisition across major advertising channels
  • Developing and applying predictive models for various business задач

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a BI analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong SQL skills (complex queries, optimization, window functions)
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Metabase)
  • Understanding of data warehouse architecture and data modeling principles
  • Experience with ETL processes
  • Deep understanding of key product and marketing metrics

Tech stack:

  • Product & Marketing: Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics
  • BI: Tableau
  • ETL/Infrastructure: Airflow, Airbyte, Hetzner, Jenkins, Bitbucket
  • SQL (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL), Python

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Redshift (PostgreSQL), Tableau, Airflow stack
  • Proficiency in Python for automation and data processing
  • Experience with Adjust / AppsFlyer or similar MMP platforms
