Role: Sales & Operations Manager — Founding TeamCompany: Early-Stage Digital Marketing Agency

Compensation: 10% Equity + 10% Commission on Closed Deals (No fixed salary initially)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Manager who can own both revenue and execution.

You will build the sales engine, close deals, and ensure smooth delivery. This is a core founding role with direct impact on growth and direction.

What You’ll DoSales

  • Build and manage outbound sales systems
  • Generate leads through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline
  • Close deals and drive revenue
  • Optimize scripts, outreach, and conversion rates

Operations

  • Oversee client onboarding and delivery workflow
  • Coordinate with marketing and execution team
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and at high quality
  • Build systems, SOPs, and internal processes
  • Track KPIs, revenue, and performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, operations, or both
  • Strong execution and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to build systems from scratch
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup
  • High ownership and accountability
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus

Compensation & Growth
