Blue Gems ABA is seeking a strategic and hands-on Performance Growth Marketing Manager to oversee and improve the performance of our digital marketing channels, website, and acquisition funnels.
This person will coordinate across PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, web development, UX, and design to drive measurable growth across both client acquisition and recruitment.
The ideal candidate understands both marketing strategy and execution. They should be comfortable reviewing performance data, identifying opportunities, updating and improving web pages, working directly with designers and developers, and managing ongoing testing and optimization.
This is a contract, part-time, project-based position with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee digital marketing performance across PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, website, and local search.
- Develop and optimize acquisition funnels for prospective clients and recruitment candidates.
- Manage and improve website performance, structure, user experience, and conversion paths.
- Update and optimize website and landing-page content as business needs change.
- Work directly with web developers, UX professionals, graphic designers, and content teams to implement website improvements.
- Ensure web pages are clear, accurate, mobile-friendly, properly structured, and designed to convert.
- Understand SEO fundamentals and work with SEO partners to improve technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, and organic visibility.
- Review page titles, metadata, headings, internal linking, page structure, content, and location-page optimization.
- Create, update, and improve landing pages for paid campaigns, local markets, services, and recruitment.
- Lead CRO initiatives, including A/B testing of headlines, calls to action, page layouts, forms, imagery, messaging, and user flows.
- Develop clear testing plans and use performance data to determine which changes should be implemented.
- Monitor PPC and paid social performance and hold agencies or internal teams accountable to agreed-upon KPIs.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple Blue Gems locations.
- Coordinate email nurture campaigns and automated follow-up sequences.
- Improve tracking, attribution, dashboards, and reporting across marketing channels.
- Translate marketing data into clear recommendations and action items.
- Create weekly priorities and coordinate deliverables across multiple vendors and team members.
- Identify and implement new marketing technologies, website tools, and automation opportunities.
- Report regularly to the CMO on performance, testing, challenges, and opportunities.
Required Skills
- Experience managing performance or growth marketing across multiple digital channels.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, CRO, and lead-generation funnels.
- Experience managing or improving websites and landing pages.
- Ability to work directly with web developers, designers, UX professionals, and content teams.
- Understanding of website structure, mobile usability, page speed, conversion paths, forms, and calls to action.
- Working knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Experience updating web pages, directing website changes, and managing website improvement projects.
- Experience creating and running A/B tests.
- Ability to analyze landing-page and website performance and recommend specific improvements.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Experience developing dashboards and monitoring performance against KPIs.
- Ability to manage agencies, vendors, and multiple ongoing projects.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on when needed.
- Healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, multi-location, or service-based marketing experience is preferred.
