Blink is an AI app creation platform. Anyone can build websites, SaaS products, and mobile apps by chatting with AI. We handle the database, hosting, APIs, and deployment automatically. No coding required.
The Role
As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you'll own Blink's social media presence and user-generated content strategy. You'll manage our company accounts, support our founder's personal brand on social platforms, orchestrate influencer and UGC campaigns, and oversee paid social advertising. This is a hands-on role where you'll both create content and manage campaigns.
You'll be responsible for growing our following, driving engagement, and turning social media into a meaningful acquisition and retention channel. You'll work directly with our founder on messaging and positioning. You'll collaborate with our developer experience team to showcase what builders are creating on Blink.
In this role, you will:
- Manage our company social media accounts and develop content strategies that drive follower growth and engagement
- Create and publish engaging posts about product updates, features, and what builders are creating with Blink
- Support our founder's social media presence by drafting posts, managing engagement, and building their thought leadership
- Engage authentically with trending conversations and growing communities where our target users spend time
- Design and execute influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns that showcase real builder success stories
- Oversee paid social advertising campaigns and work with our growth team to optimize creative and targeting
- Build and manage content calendars that balance product announcements, educational content, and community engagement
- Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategy based on what's working and what's not
You might thrive in this role if you:
- You have experience with performance marketing and understand how to drive measurable results from social campaigns
- You've managed social media accounts for tech companies or SaaS products and have grown engaged communities
- You have strong writing skills and can craft compelling posts that drive engagement and conversions
- You've managed UGC campaigns and influencer partnerships that delivered authentic, high-quality content
- You understand the nuances of different social platforms and how to tailor content for each audience
- You're active on social media yourself and have strong intuition about what content performs well
- You have experience with short-form video content and understand how to create engaging clips that stop scrolls
- You're data-driven but also creative and willing to test unconventional content ideas
- You move quickly and can manage multiple campaigns and content streams simultaneously
- You have impressive writing samples that demonstrate your ability to craft engaging, conversion-focused content
