Our client is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with deep Marketo expertise to help scale our global demand generation and lifecycle email marketing programs.

In this role, you’ll support the execution, optimization, and governance of email marketing automation initiatives, helping ensure high-quality data, seamless integrations, and effective customer journeys across the funnel.

You’ll work closely with Revenue Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Revenue Operations to translate strategy into scalable, automated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize complex Marketo programs, including email nurtures, engagement programs, and triggered campaigns
  • Translate campaign requirements into scalable Marketo assets (programs, smart campaigns, tokens, templates)
  • Ensure best practices for naming conventions, folder structure, and program governance
  • Support full-funnel lifecycle marketing from lead acquisition through customer expansion
  • Own Marketo data hygiene, segmentation, and database health
  • Partner with Salesforce admins to ensure clean syncs and accurate reporting for client's email initiatives.
  • Run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaign performance
  • Document processes and act as a Marketo subject matter expert

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Marketo experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce
  • Proficiency with smart campaigns, engagement programs, tokens, and dynamic content
  • Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
  • Marketo Certification (Associate or Expert)
  • SaaS or B2B technology experience
  • Experience with ABM tools or intent data platforms
  • Experience supporting global marketing programs
  • Scalable, error-free campaign execution
  • Clean data and reliable lead flow
  • Improved engagement and conversion rates
  • Well-documented, repeatable automation processes
