The Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager who takes ownership.
Not just someone who executes but someone who builds, tests, and scales.
You will be responsible for driving growth across channels while strengthening the VANN brand. From performance to content to positioning, you understand how it all connects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy
- Drive email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns
- Strengthen brand positioning, storytelling, and visual consistency
- Analyze performance data and continuously improve results
- Oversee and guide content creation (social, ads, website, campaigns)
- Identify and test new growth channels and opportunities
- Work closely with founders and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing (e-commerce / D2C is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for branding and storytelling
- Hands-on: you think and execute
- Structured, data-driven, and comfortable with tools (ad platforms, CRM, analytics, AI)
- Independent and proactive in a remote setup
- Fluent in English
- Affinity with lifestyle, premium brands, or sustainability is a plus
