Role Overview
We’re looking for a part-time consultant to support our travel brands (stag/hen travel and group-activity platforms) by improving the quality, consistency, and performance of our visual content. This role combines content creation, light production, and visual optimization across social media, website, and email channels.
You’ll work closely with our destination managers and guides to turn their raw material into polished, on-brand assets that drive engagement, referrals, and returning customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media (IG & TikTok)
- Create and publish short-form video and image content.
- Transform raw clips/photos from guides and destination managers into polished social content.
- Manage basic analytics to see what performs well and iterate.
Website Visuals & Content
- Optimise images and videos across our websites.
- Create or optimise images and video for use on Google (G ads P Max, YouTube etc.) and potentially Meta platforms.
- Help review the website for visual consistency and improvement opportunities.
- Produce or adapt graphics for blog posts, landing pages, and campaigns (using AI tools or working with another designer).
UGC (User-Generated Content)
- Help build a repeatable process to gather UGC from our customers (after trips, via incentives, competitions, or automated flows).
- Curate and edit the best UGC for use on social, email, and activity pages.
Email & CRM Support (Bonus Area)
- Assist with content and visuals for automated email flows (pre-trip, post-trip, referral, and returning customer flows).
- Suggest improvements to referral/loyalty communications.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with short-form video editing and social content creation.
- Able to understand and communicate to our target group: men in the ages 25-40 who likes fun trips, party and action.
- High visual standards and an eye for consistent, modern aesthetics.
- Comfortable working with AI tools or templates for graphics.
- Ability to structure messy raw material and turn it into usable content.
- Bonus: basic understanding of email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-managed, reliable, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
Time & Structure
- Part-time consultant (roughly 10–20 hours/week).
- Fully remote, flexible working hours.
- Ongoing monthly retainer or hourly agreement.
