Marketing Coordinator (EMEA)
Location: Remote (remote within Germany, only candidates located in German could be consider for this role)
Contract Duration: 4 months with projected extension to up to 18-month
Start Date: ASAP – no later than 1 May
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support EMEA‑wide marketing operations within the gaming division.
In this role, you will support campaign execution, asset localization, project coordination, and daily communication with markets across the region. You will work closely with creative teams, partner marketing managers, and local market contacts to ensure high‑quality, consistent campaign delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Project Coordination
- Support campaign planning and execution by distributing assets, tracking deadlines, and monitoring delays or missing materials.
- Gather daily approvals and confirmations from markets worldwide.
- Coordinate input from multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment across EMEA.
Asset Management & Localization
- Manage asset order spreadsheets and maintain accurate tracking documentation.
- Oversee localization needs across markets (translations, adaptations, approvals).
- Work with SharePoint to maintain organized, accessible marketing repositories.
Cross‑Market Communication
- Serve as the main contact point for market coordinators regarding campaign materials, timelines, and region‑specific needs.
- Consolidate market feedback and share updates with internal teams.
Quality & Process Support
- Perform quality checks to ensure localized assets meet brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Help improve workflows, documentation, and asset‑sharing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, project support, asset management, or similar roles.
- Academic studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Multilingual ability: English, German, and French strongly preferred; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using spreadsheets, tracking tools, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple markets and cultures.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with the gaming ecosystem.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.
