We’re looking for a Community Manager to join the team at LickYourPhone Media, Australia’s leading restaurant marketing agency.

This role is all about being the voice of our clients online, managing daily interactions, supporting customers and clients, and making sure every comment, message and conversation is handled accurately and on brand.

The Role 🌟

As a Community Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day community engagement across multiple client accounts. You’ll be responsible for responding to messages and comments, supporting clients and customers, monitoring sentiment, and reporting on performance.

You’ll work closely with Social Media Managers, Account Managers and other team members to make sure community activity supports broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities đź“‹

  • Manage daily community engagement across social platforms, including replying to messages, comments and interactions within 24 hours
  • Ensure all communication is accurate, on brand, and aligned with each client’s tone of voice
  • Support customers and clients by addressing questions, feedback and concerns promptly
  • Communicate directly with clients and confidently lead or participate in client meetings when required
  • Monitor community sentiment and escalate complaints or issues when needed
  • Track engagement and community metrics and contribute to monthly client reporting
  • Work closely with Social Media Managers and Account Managers to support wider marketing activity
  • Assist with checking scheduled posts and stories to ensure content goes live correctly
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices

What we are looking for 🎯

  • 2-3 years of experience in community management and/or social media marketing
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients and leading client meetings when required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
  • Strong and reliable internet connection
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm Sydney time.
