Volunteer for Online Platforms

Role Description

This is a volunteer role for individuals passionate about making an impact through technology at Associação Hípica Terapêutica de Cascais. As a volunteer, you will assist with managing CRM data on Hubspot. Additionally, you will support finance Board Member with Donorbox, Stripe, PayPal and MBWay. This is an remote opportunity with a charity located in Cascais called AHT which provides therapeutic riding.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and an understanding of its functionalities, including workflows, reports, and data management
• Experience in email marketing and campaign optimization within a CRM system
• Knowledge of Donorbox, Stripe, PayPal, MBWay
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities, with Portuguese a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Prior volunteer experience or familiarity with nonprofits is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to contribute to a meaningful cause
