Email Marketing Account Manager (DTC eCommerce)

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage accounts” — you own outcomes.

This is not a tick-box role. You’re responsible for strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of DTC eCommerce brands.

The Role

You’ll manage 8–12 DTC eCommerce client accounts end-to-end.

You sit inside a pod with a:

• Copywriter

• Designer

• Uploader

• Klaviyo technician

You’re the one driving the direction.

You brief the team.

You quality control everything.

You make sure every email actually performs.

Day to Day

• Build monthly campaign strategies and calendars across your accounts

• Write clear, actionable briefs your team can execute without hand-holding

• Manage flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability inside Klaviyo

• Run client calls and Slack comms without anything slipping through

• Review and approve every email before it goes live

• Diagnose performance issues — and fix them (not just report on them)

• You’ve managed multiple DTC eCommerce email accounts at once

• You actually understand Klaviyo (flows, segments, deliverability, reporting)

• You make decisions — you don’t wait to be told what to do

• You communicate fast, clearly, and directly

• You’re proactive — you solve problems before the client even sees them
