Summary The Communications Coordinator identifies and develops compelling stories that highlight our people, culture, milestones and impact across internal and external channels. This position has a keen eye for storytelling, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for connecting audiences through engaging content. The position also provides administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team. This is a remote role, the candidate must be based in the Central or Eastern U.S. time zone(s). What You'll Be Contributing

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Discovers and develops stories from across the organization that bring our mission, values, and work to life.
• Collaborates with teams, departments, and individuals to uncover interesting initiatives, milestones, and employee spotlights for both internal and external use.
• Writes and edits content for a variety of formats, including intranet posts, website updates, newsletters, social media, etc.
• Partners with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver effective employee communications that inform, inspire, and engage.
• Coordinates content calendars and ensures timely delivery of communication campaigns.
• Maintains brand voice and messaging consistency across all materials.
• Monitors and analyzes performance of content across platforms to inform future storytelling efforts.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

To Succeed In This Position, You Will Need

• Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
• Minimum 4 Year – Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 4 Years of experience in content development and an administrative role supporting a team.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and natural curiosity to seek out stories and build relationship across the organization
• Ability to make sound independent judgments
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, and Forms
• Domestic Travel up to 25%
