About The Opportunity A growing business in the Entertainment & Live Events sector, delivering touring shows, talent services, and digital event experiences. We work with partners across production, marketing, and booking to create memorable audience experiences and seamless back-office operations. Primary job title (top-performing on LinkedIn for this role): Administrative Assistant. This is a fully remote, US-based role supporting day-to-day office operations, artist/talent coordination, and administrative workflows. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including accurate data entry, file organization, and document management for contracts, invoices, and talent records.
- Maintain shared calendars and schedule meetings, calls, and virtual events across multiple time zones; coordinate meeting logistics and circulate agendas/materials.
- Serve as primary point of contact for routine email and phone inquiries; triage requests, escalate issues, and follow up to resolution.
- Process invoices, basic bookkeeping support, and expense tracking in coordination with finance; prepare and route documents for approvals.
- Support remote onboarding and offboarding workflows, maintain contact lists and distribution groups, and update internal SOPs and checklists.
- Coordinate with production and marketing teams on logistics for virtual/in-person events, delivering timely administrative support to meet deadlines.
