Junior Marketing Specialist

We are now seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our CMO and external marketing agencies, helping to coordinate campaigns, localize content, and ensure smooth execution of our digital marketing activities in the Polish market. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who wants hands-on experience in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels for the Polish market
- Coordinate daily communication with external marketing agencies and partners, ensuring tasks are executed according to priorities and timelines
- Assist with localization and adaptation of marketing content into Polish, including digital advertisements, website and landing page content, social media posts
- Help manage social media channels (content publishing, basic community moderation, simple performance tracking and reporting)
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with preparing weekly or monthly reports
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks and ongoing optimization initiatives
Required Skills:
- Ability to create localized and culturally adapted marketing content in Polish, including digital advertisements, website content, social media posts
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience with social media management (content publishing, basic moderation, simple performance tracking)
- Proficient written and spoken English and Polish
Would be a plus if you have:
- Some experience working with marketing agencies or influencers in the Polish market
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Experience using graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
- Copywriting skills and an eye for engaging, persuasive content
