AMZ Bees is a high growth business with a close team of highly motivated specialists with a common mission. We provide full-service Amazon account management to busy e-commerce entrepreneurs. We take care of the e-commerce health of their organizations. They take care of other important aspects of their business and life.
Due to significant demand, we are anticipating exponential growth for the next few years and need to grow the team. We are hiring PPC Specialists who know their way around pay-per-click advertising and are ready to scale brands.
Key Responsibilities
🟠Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns, ensuring top-tier setup quality and continuous improvement.
🟠Strategy Development: Craft and implement innovative PPC strategies that align with our business goals and keep us ahead of industry trends.
🟠Data Analysis: Dive deep into analytics to uncover insights, report on performance metrics, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
🟠KPI Management: Monitor key performance indicators, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our campaign goals.
🟠Budget Management: Design and manage robust PPC campaign strategies, taking full responsibility for budget allocation and performance.
🟠Proactive Planning: Autonomously plan, forecast, and prioritize PPC activities, aligning tasks with deadlines and business objectives.
🟠Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices, sharing valuable insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
🟠Multi-Account Management: Manage and prioritize campaigns across different accounts simultaneously for our portfolio of brands.
🟠Reporting: Deliver clear and relevant performance reports on a regular and on-demand basis, tailoring metrics and analysis to stakeholder needs.
🟠Team Guidance: Provide direction and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
What you will do from day one:
🟠Own Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display across multiple brands.
🟠Build, optimize, and scale with Bulk Sheets for fast, accurate changes.
🟠Run keyword and ASIN research, set negatives, tune bids, budgets, and placements.
🟠Track and report KPIs weekly. Hit ACOS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR targets with clear insights.
🟠Plan tests. A/B test SB creatives and headlines. Share learnings and next steps.
🟠Partner with strategy and creative to improve listings, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and sales velocity.
🟠Audit account structure, clean legacy campaigns, and document SOPs.
🟠Write comprehensive monthly client reports.
Requirements
Following the beehive principles of loyalty and hard work, we seek someone who understands that every client is a top priority. Our requirements are:
🟠Minimum 3 years of Pay-per-click experience (Direct Amazon PPC experience is a must).
🟠Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Console and Bulk Sheets.
🟠Amazon PPC agency experience.
🟠Confident with data. Google Sheets skills, including pivots and lookups.
🟠Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
🟠Ownership mindset and reliable delivery in a remote setup.
🟠Ability to think strategically and consider the bigger picture, planning weeks ahead.
🟠Advanced marketing knowledge and experience is considered an advantage.
🟠A proactive and autonomous approach to planning and executing PPC activities.
🟠Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
🟠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey insights clearly to account executives and clients.
🟠Eagerness to expand skills and knowledge by attending courses and staying ahead of industry trends.
🟠Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong decision-making skills.
🟠Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken, to convey ideas and collaborate with the team.
Nice to have
🟠Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, AMC or DSP exposure.
🟠Experience across multiple marketplaces and catalogs.

Salary
Based on experience: 2,200 – 3,500 USD per month
Your starting salary depends on your previous experience. Your salary increases along with the growth of your results and performance.
