We are a fast-growing, international fashion group operating multiple brands, including Amsterdam Heritage and Good Morning Universe. We sell through wholesale, e-commerce, and global distribution, with a strong presence in both the U.S. and Europe. We are a lean, entrepreneurial, fully remote team that moves quickly and values ownership, initiative, and execution.
About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth who takes real ownership of our marketing performance and helps us scale our business in a meaningful way. This is a hands-on role focused on driving results, not just managing or coordinating. You will be responsible for turning traffic into revenue and building a performance marketing engine that works.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of paid acquisition (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Manage and optimize Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
- Improve conversion across Shopify (funnels, UX, CRO)
- Analyze performance data and translate it into clear actions
- Build and execute a structured growth roadmap
- Continuously test, learn, and improve
- Work closely with our Creative Director to align brand and performance
- Take responsibility for the results, not just the activity
AI-First Approach

This could include:
- Creating and testing ad creatives and copy at scale
- Optimizing email marketing through smarter segmentation and personalization
- Using AI for SEO and emerging AI-driven search
- Building simple automations or workflows that reduce manual work
- Finding smarter ways to replace repetitive tasks and external dependencies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in performance marketing within e-commerce
- A proven ability to drive revenue through ads and email and social and organic
- Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and funnels
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Someone who takes ownership and works independently
- Structured, analytical, and focused on outcomes
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, non-corporate environment

This means you should be comfortable working flexible or hybrid hours, with some overlap across time zones when needed.
