Role Overview
Rho Nutrition is scaling rapidly across DTC, Amazon, and retail — and we need a leader to bring rigor to how we measure growth.
This is a founding analytics role focused on answering one core question: what is our true CAC and LTV across channels, and are we building a healthy, scalable business?
You’ll build the models, proxies, and frameworks needed to measure performance across channels where attribution is incomplete, enabling confident capital allocation and board-level reporting.
What You’ll Own
• Omnichannel CAC:LTV framework across DTC, Amazon, and retail Executive dashboards and board-level reporting
• Media mix modeling (MMM) and attribution strategy
• Incrementality testing and causal measurement
• Executive dashboards and board-level reporting
Key Responsibilities
• Omnichannel Measurement
• Build CAC and LTV models across DTC, Amazon, and retail using proxy data and blended methodologies •
• Create a unified CAC:LTV view and channel-level payback benchmarks
• Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
• Develop MMM across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer, etc.)
• Incorporate offline sales to measure full-funnel impact
• Identify saturation points and guide budget allocation
• Incrementality & Testing
• Run geo holdouts, lift studies, and incrementality tests
• Distinguish organic vs. paid growth and quantify channel cannibalization
• Reporting & Strategy
• Own marketing performance dashboards (CAC, LTV, iROAS, payback)

• Build scenario models and translate insights into clear executive narratives
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years in growth analytics or marketing science in DTC or omnichannel environments
• Experience building CAC/LTV frameworks beyond DTC (retail, marketplaces)
• Hands-on MMM and incrementality testing experience
• Strong fluency in DTC and retail/Amazon data ecosystems
• Ability to communicate insights to executive and board audiences
Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Experience scaling DTC to omnichannel brands
• Familiarity with retail media networks
• Experience with MMM tools (Robyn, Meridian, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools
