Global Marketing Event Coordinator

Hello

We are looking for a Global Events Marketing Specialist with experience in supporting Regional/Field Marketing teams with Global Webinars and Roadshows.

Remote Roles – Must be currently living in the USA

Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2

Duration: 6+ months with possibility of longer term extensions

No C2C or H1B or 1099 or TN Visa or F1 (CPT or OPT) at this time.

Role:

Coordinate and help with the execution of webinars and roadshow events for the Global Marketing Team. Utilize consistent GTM messaging through standardized programs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate timelines, tracking deliverables, milestones and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule for Global Webinars and Roadshows across all marketing channels; paid, organic, email, sales outreach and social

Upload leads into Salesforce.Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of marketing experience

Bachelor’s Degree Required – Degree in Marketing preferred

Experience with Marketing automation, webinar & CRM platforms (Marketo and Salesforce)

Experience with Data management tools - Tableau, 6sense and Excel

Experience manipulating data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.

Excellent communication skills, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
