Junior Designer (Performance Marketing)

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Designer to support our creative team with day-to-day design and video tasks.

As a performance marketing agency, we focus on creatives that don’t just look good — they perform. This role is perfect for someone who is hungry to learn, wants to grow fast, and is excited to understand how ads and creatives drive real business results.

You’ll work on real campaigns and create high-performing ads, while learning everything step by step with our team.

🎨 Your Responsibilities

• 🎯 Create and support social media & ad creatives

• 📩 Design clean, conversion-focused newsletters

• 🎬 Assist with video editing (e.g. CapCut)

• 🎨 Work with Figma or Canva to create and adapt designs

• 🗂️ Prepare and organize creative assets

• ⚡ Support daily creative production

• 🚀 Highly motivated and eager to learn

• 🛠️ First experience with Figma, Canva, or CapCut

• 👀 Strong eye for design and attention to detail

• 📅 Able to work independently and structured

• 💪 Reliable, disciplined, and organized

• 🌍 Strong English skills (must-have)
