Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent scouting, or content production
  • Deep understanding of UGC content and what makes it authentic vs. forced
  • Proven track record of identifying and developing on-camera talent
  • Expert-level knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels ecosystems
  • Strong eye for authentic performance and natural selling ability
  • Experience managing multiple creators and production timelines
  • Understanding of performance marketing and what drives conversions
  • Excellent communication skills—you give feedback that transforms performance
  • Bonus: Experience in casting, directing, or performance coaching
