Posted on: July 29, 2025
Job Title: Performance Manager
Location: Remote (UK/EU-based preferred)
Commitment: Full time - 5 days/week
Experience: At least 2/3 years as a Performance Manager
Reports to: Head of PerformanceCompany: Adcrate Ltd
About Adcrate:
Adcrate is a fast-growing, AI-driven performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative that converts and paid media that performs. We combine data, testing, and bold ideas to drive real growth for our clients.
We’re a fully remote team of strategists, video editors, and performance experts spread across the globe - agile, ambitious, and always experimenting. We move fast, stay curious, and genuinely care about doing great work.
The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and creative Performance Manager to join our growing team. You’ll be the strategic link between our clients and creative teams - overseeing and directing the performance for scaling of paid media accounts (primarily Meta and TikTok), analysing results, and briefing in iterative creatives that drive real results.
You’ll work closely with our team of creative strategists and video editors, to ensure our campaigns are performing at their best, continuously testing and optimising across channels. This role sits at the heart of our client accounts and plays a key role in how we deliver impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the strategic bridge between client-side media buyers and our internal creative team, translating performance data into high-leverage creative iterations and direction.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis across paid platforms (primarily Meta and TikTok), identifying patterns, diagnosing underperformance, and extracting insights that inform testing priorities.
- Lead and document weekly performance reviews, unpacking what worked (and what didn’t) across creative concepts, formats, and audience segments.
- Create and maintain structured reports that combine quantitative performance data with creative deconstruction, surfacing hypotheses, trends, and learnings that drive our iterative process.
- Lead weekly performance iterations and testing plans to improve results across creatives and audiences
- Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists to align on messaging, targeting and funnel strategy
- Spot performance trends early and proactively suggest next steps to hit KPIs
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing around best practices, testing frameworks, and media buying updates
What we're looking for:
- 2-3+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience ideal).
- Strong understanding of paid social platforms (especially Meta and TikTok).
- Confident interpreting data, building reports, and turning numbers into stories.
- You love a well-structured spreadsheet but can also communicate results clearly to a non-technical audience.
- Experience working with creatives or briefing creative teams is a big plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
- Comfortable using performance dashboards (Motion, Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager exports) to extract creative insights.
- Previous experience contributing to internal wikis, SOPs, or performance systems; you think in terms of reusable frameworks, not one-off wins.
- Confident communicator in client-facing settings; able to translate qualitative and quantitative data into narrative and make a strategic case for creative next steps.
