Growth Marketing Manager

You’ll be part of the marketing team, which focuses on driving growth through targeted campaigns, optimizing user acquisition, and building brand awareness. Our marketing efforts are data-driven and centered around our well-defined ICP and market strategy, ensuring every initiative is aligned with business goals.

What You Will Do

• Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns that directly impact customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Create engaging and insightful content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter to expand Adapty’s brand presence.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics, experiment with new tactics, and optimize based on data.
• Collaborate closely with designers and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment.
• Manage HubSpot workflows and track key performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics.

What We Expect

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics with a strong understanding of marketing performance and growth levers.
• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics is a strong plus, ideally within a fast-growing startup.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics and customer acquisition funnels.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to independently generate hypotheses, run experiments, and identify data signals that drive decisions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
