About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing digital growth studio in the performance marketing and digital advertising space. The team supports e-commerce and startup brands in scaling their online revenues through data-driven media buying and in-house creative production, with a strong focus on the DACH market.
Your Role
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of e-commerce clients and drive growth through hands-on campaign management and strategic consulting. You will be the main contact for your clients, responsible for delivering strong performance, clear communication, and continuous optimisation across paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 8–10 client accounts as the main point of contact via Slack and email
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (primary), and optionally Google and TikTok advertising campaigns
- Prepare and present performance strategies, budgets, promotions, and growth ideas in weekly client calls
- Monitor KPIs and adjust bids and budgets regularly to achieve agreed targets
- Brief the creative team, coordinate asset delivery, and ensure timely launch of new ads
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to support client growth beyond paid media
- Ensure professional, timely communication and high-quality client support
Your ProfileRequired Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for multiple e-commerce clients
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (setup, optimisation, scaling)
- Fluent German (C1) and fluent English (C1)
- Experience in client-facing roles with regular strategy calls
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in parallel and work in a structured, reliable way
- Nice to HaveExperience with Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads
- Background working with DACH markets or scaling startups
- Experience briefing designers and video editors
- Availability to occasionally work from the Lisbon office
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: €40,000 – €60,000 gross per year
- Performance-based bonus of up to approximately €2,000 per month (revenue-linked)
- Hybrid or fully remote work model within the EU (via Employer of Record if applicable)
