We are seeking a proactive and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join an ambitious team. This pivotal role is designed for someone ready to take on new challenges, support demand generation efforts, and grow alongside a innovative company transitioning into a marketing-driven organization.

What You'll Bring:

• 2 to 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably at a junior to mid-level
• Strong expertise with Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot); experience with Pardot or the enthusiasm to quickly learn Marketing Cloud
• Solid CMS experience and familiarity with digital content management
• Native German language skills — fluency required
• Ideally based in Austria or within the Central European time zone (remote work possible)
• Preferably with a background in B2B SaaS, but we value a candidate’s aptitude, attitude, and eagerness to learn above all

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
• Knowledge of other marketing automation tools or digital marketing channels
• Additional language skills or international experience

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years hands-on experience in digital marketing roles within SaaS or B2B sectors
